All payments are in USD

I reserve the right to refuse ANY commission, I do not owe you an explanation

I will not draw NSFW under any circumstances! I am still a minor! I will also not accept NSFW reference sheets

I'm only comfortable drawing MINOR gore

I will not accept characters who include hateful/bigoted media, I won't accept such commissions either (ex: racism, homophobia, transphobia)

All business (inquiries or otherwise) must be conducted through email (ex: if you'd like a quote for a custom, email me)

You must have a clear, unshaded reference sheet of your character! If I cannot properly discern your characters markings/colours I will deny your commission. A colour palette isn't necessary, but appreciated!

If you do not already have a reference sheet of your character, a clear, unshaded fullbody of your character is fine (but I may decline if you're not ordering a ref sheet)

Payment must be sent before I start your commission, no exceptions!

If you claim a commission slot but do not contact me within 36 hours, your slot will be given to someone else

If you claim a commission slot, but do not pay within 12 hours, your commission will be cancelled and the slot will be given to someone else

You must ask me if I can hold a slot for you. if you do not ask, I will assume you can’t pay and cancel your commission

If you do not have the money, simply do not order a commission

You are not allowed to resell my commission unless you are selling the character and my commission adds to that character’s price

If you are under the age of 18, you must have a parent/guardian’s permission before ordering a commission

A refund may be granted if I have NOT started your commission

I will keep you updated on the commission (send progress updates, WIPs, etc.), but I may forget so please feel free to ask! I won't be mad :) I may have questions about the character, so please be sure to respond ASAP

As stated, feel free to ask for updates + WIPs whenever, so long as it's a reasonable amount (ex: 3+ times a day is too much), but rushing/harassment is not allowed (I will let you know if I feel rushed)

Please tell me any important information I might need to portray your character as accurately as possible (e.g.: likes/dislikes, personality traits, etc.)

NO DUE DATES! no exceptions, no discussions, or anything similar!

You (the commissioner) are able to post the finished product on any social media platform, PROVIDED it is the watermarked version and you CREDIT me! tag me, mention me, etc. I love knowing you all appreciate and like my work!

If you file a chargeback, I will contact you. if you ignore me, continue with the chargeback, or don't pay me back, you will be blocked and blacklisted! and, if I deem it necessary, I will make a beware on you

Ignoring these rules will result in a block, and potentially a blacklist (you will not be able to commission me again)

Do not claim my designs as your own, or try to resell them as your own design/adopt

If you upload the design to toyhouse, my user is 'servalplvsh', please credit me there (also if you receive a design of mine that credits my ig url please change it to my toyhouse)

You can do whatever you like with your custom design or adopt so long as you credit me for their original - if you redesign them - design

Unless you commissioned/made them extra art, DO NOT sell the design for more than you got them for! If I see you doing this, I might temporarily blacklist you. This is a really big thing for me as a designer (feel free to ask why, I won't get upset as long as you don't argue)

Try not to redesign them so that they're unrecognizable as my design! If you want to do that, you must have it as a completely separate character and ask me for approval first (if you're unsure if it's okay, just ask me! I can guarantee I will not be mad!)

When selling/trading a design of mine, make sure to link the buyer to my terms of service so that they are aware of my rules!

Do not make 'sibling' designs based on my designs (ex. colour picking and creating a similar design)

Ignoring these rules will result in a block, and potentially a blacklist (you will not be able to own any of my designs again)
